Mattock Lane Pharmacy is, without question, one of the best pharmacies I have ever visited. The entire team is professional, caring, and genuinely committed to helping their customers, but I want to give special recognition to two outstanding members of staff, Shiv and Neelam, who both went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect.

Shiv quite literally changed the course of my healthcare experience. A hospital consultant had misdiagnosed a condition, but Shiv took the time to carefully listen and assess the situation and said she did not believe the diagnosis was correct. She advised me to seek a private confirmation, and she was absolutely right. The private doctor even said, “The person at the pharmacy obviously knows their stuff to spot that you were misdiagnosed.” Shiv is truly amazing, knowledgeable, attentive, and someone who clearly cares deeply about the wellbeing of her customers.

Then there is Neelam, who delivered some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I called the pharmacy trying to track down TCP antiseptic liquid, which seems to have been discontinued everywhere. Neelam stayed on the phone with me for a long time, doing everything she could to help locate some. Her patience, determination, and kindness were remarkable. I told her I don’t think I have ever received such great customer service from anyone before, she is an incredible human being.

Shiv and Neelam are the very definition of what excellent healthcare service should look like. They embody everything that makes Mattock Lane Pharmacy so special, compassionate, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile for their customers.
