I came to the chemist to sort out my medication I was very anxious and overwhelmed I was served by a lady called Neelam and the support and reassurance she gave me really calmed me down and made the process more bearable she made sure she checked everywhere she could and then advised me to contact my GP regarding the medication Neelam was very professional and helpful I really felt listen to and felt at ease
