EDIT - somehow my old phone number from 10 years ago was on the medication hence it was not delivered but I was housebound so could have just delivered any time…(correct number on gp records)

ordered medicine to be delivered to me ASAP since i am currently housebound - was promised it today - it's not arrived. i have suffered 2 days without medicine that would help my condition improve - should have just ordered online elsewhere.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with this pharmacy! Neelam, in particular, has been amazing, she has excellent communication skills, is always patient, and explains everything clearly. She was very helpful with her assistance, making sure I understood my medications and answering all my questions with care. I also want to give a special shoutout to Rachel, who I had a very good encounter with some time ago, she was equally kind, professional, and helpful. All the other staff are friendly, efficient, and create a welcoming atmosphere. The pharmacy is always clean, well-organized, and well-stocked. I truly appreciate the outstanding service they provide, and I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for a place that truly cares about its customers!
